FOUR STEPS TO MAKE BIG CHANGES

Eat Well—Be Well is done via Zoom. After each session, you will receive notes, resources and tips by email to help you on your weight loss journey.
The twelve sessions are taken over 2—3 months according to your needs. And while there is a structure, it is tailored specially to you.

1.

Delving into your current eating patterns

The program begins with a week-long food diary. Analysing this together, we will explore eating patterns, routines and habits. Then we will look at your emotional relationship with food, and I will teach you how to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to clear these blocks.

2.

Do a four-week Body Cleanse

The Body Cleanse is challenging, but with masses of support from me, you CAN do it! You won’t be hungry, and afterwards, you’ll feel great and be sleeping much better. You will have also lost weight, and hair, eyes, and skin will shine.

3.

Testing & Transitions

After the Body Cleanse, I help you test for wheat and dairy intolerance. If you test positive, we can plan how to change your diet to avoid or minimise these triggers. During the next stage, there are further eating experiments—including experimenting with meal times.

4.

Learning to trust your body

During the last part of the program, we will work with any emotional triggers and portion sizes, plus you will have a greater understanding of nutrition and digestion. I will provide you with resources to continue your weight-loss journey to become and stay slim while giving your body love, care and respect.

The Eat Well—Be Well program changes your relationship with food, what, when and how you eat. Your body is unique. It takes time to figure everything out and unlearn old habits. It takes experimentation to discover what works metabolically for you, and how to align this with your lifestyle, and personal food preferences. Yet the work is worth it because then yoyoing, feeling miserable or like a failure will be a past memory. This time, holistically and healthily, you can become and stay slim.
