EFT is a powerful, fast way to release challenging emotions
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) combines the ancient wisdom of meridian energy—as used in acupuncture—with the latest understandings of modern psychology. EFT involves tapping with your fingers on the points shown in the diagram below while saying specific words. In essence, these words admit, acknowledge and accept all that you wish had not happened—yet you still feel the pain. This is not to wallow in the past—rather it’s to release it.

How does EFT work?
Even if your rational side says you should not feel like this—you do. And you can’t just wish these feelings away. So, in part, EFT helps you to acknowledge what you feel without judgement. EFT doesn’t retraumatise you, nor do you have to endlessly go round-and-round the topic. Once an emotion has been fully released, then it’s gone for good.
EFT uses a formula which creates a basic structure of the sentences to say while tapping. Then it is personalised to whatever it is you are dealing with.
