How has what happened impacted on your life? What needs to be released? What needs to be healed?
2. I will teach you EFT
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a powerful, yet easy-to-learn technique to help you release old, painful emotions.
3. Let go of painful emotions
No matter whether it’s anger, sadness, anxiety or grief, I will work with you to understand, learn-from and let go. Doing this makes you feel lighter, better and more at peace with yourself.
4. Become emotionally strong
Along the healing journey, you will discover the depths and the nuances of our emotional language and become more emotionally savvy.
Everyone has experienced some trauma in their life. I don’t know anyone who hasn’t been betrayed, hurt, sad, fearful or angry at some point in their life. But the degree of trauma varies significantly. Most unpleasant events in life can be shrugged off—but some create deep wounds. No matter what happened, or when it occured, it’s always possible to heal, find inner peace and be happy again.
What happens if you don’t do the healing?
Good question. Without the healing, your life will continue as it has been. Maybe that’s OK for now. Or maybe it get worse. I know there comes a time when it feels like there is no choice other than to begin healing. It’s not always easy—BUT you don’t need to suffer and struggle. You can heal past hurts find inner peace and and be happy again. And I would be honoured to walk with you on your healing journey as your guide.
