EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a powerful, yet easy-to-learn technique to help you release old, painful emotions.

Let go of painful emotions

I will help you find peace within yourself, helping you work through the layers to release sadness, anger, anxiety, guilt or grief.

Become emotionally strong

Along the healing journey, you will discover the depths and the nuances of our emotional language and become more emotionally savvy.

Emotional Healing

Everyone has experienced some trauma in their life and felt betrayed, hurt, sad, fearful or angry. In time, most unpleasant events in life can be shrugged off—but some create deep wounds—and these need to be healed. No matter what happened, or when it occurred, it’s possible to heal to find inner peace and be happy again.

Emotional Healing may also include life coaching to help you:

  • Look at all options going forward
  • Life Planning
  • Create a self-care plan

 

What happens if you don’t do the healing?

Good question. Without the healing, life will continue as it has been. Maybe that’s OK for now. Or maybe it will become worse. Often there comes a time when it feels like there is no choice other than to begin healing. Then, it’s not always easy—BUT you don’t need to suffer and struggle. You can heal past hurts find inner peace and be happy again, and I would be honoured to guide you on your healing journey.
