Intense Emotional Healing Retreats
You choose a beautiful place to escape to…
Between 2009 and 2025, I hosted over 500 personal, one-to-one emotional-healing retreats at my home, The Jasmine House, on Portland, Dorset. Last year, I sold the house, and moved into my lovely new home, still on Portland, but it is not suitable for retreats.
HOWEVER…
…if you are drawn to doing deep, intensive emotional healing work, I am offering a new way that captures the essence of the retreats I previously offered. In this way, I can help you when you need to…
- Heal a broken heart after a painful break-up
- Soften the grief for the loss of a loved one
- Release gnawing anxiety or lack of confidence
- Heal low self-esteem or let go of imposter syndrome
- Find inner peace and move on from childhood trauma that still lingers
- Fast-track behavioural changes to improve your life
For these ‘Going Away Retreats’, you choose where you wish to do your healing work—and I will come to your chosen place.
HOW DO THESE EMOTIONAL HEALING RETREATS WORK?
I will come to the place you have chosen. We will begin by exploring, in detail, what has happened to you and what you wish to heal, change, or deal with. Then, we will begin our work together. I will weave together Emotional Healing, EFT Tapping, and Life Coaching in the way I believe will help you most. This work will include 8–12 hours of therapy over 2–3 days. After the first day, there will also be early-morning walks by the water.
This healing journey is equivalent to several months of weekly therapy, all in the space of a few days. We will go deep and cover a huge amount of ground, helping you release heavy emotions, regrets and hurt that are currently holding you back. After our time together, you will feel better and lighter. In our final session, we will put everything together for you to keep moving forward—notes, tools, and next steps.
After our Zoom call, if you wish to go ahead, we will first agree dates, then this is how it works…
1.
Choose a place to escape to
Book a holiday rental—a house, apartment, or cottage. There needs to be a separate living room to provide a comfortable space for sitting and working together.
2.
Going away is important
Away from home, there are none of the usual distractions, which allows you to focus entirely on yourself. It also helps you see things differently.
3.
Choose somewhere close to natural water
4.
